renovation, and equipping of a performing arts center at
Oregon Ridge, Baltimore County, to be known as the Oregon
Ridge Multi-Performance and Educational Center, subject to
the condition that Baltimore County provide at least the
same amount as a matching fund for the same purpose by a
certain date; making such use of the proceeds further
contingent upon the approval of this project by the voters
of Baltimore County in a referendum; and providing generally
for the issue and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.

And it is hereby certified that at said election,
89,917 votes were cast for the adoption of said Chapter 889
and 89,791 votes were cast against the adoption of said
Chapter 889, the said Chapter 889 of the Acts of 1980 has
therefore been ratified by the qualified voters of Baltimore
County.
