part from Art. 43, §§ 911(j) and 919.

In subsection (a) of this section, "practice ...
limited occupational therapy" is new language
added to conform with the language used
throughout this title, and to clarify the
licensing requirement for occupational therapy
assistants. This addition is called to the
attention of the General Assembly.

In subsection (b)(1) of this section, the phrase
"while practicing within the scope of that
employment" is substituted for the present
enumeration of conditions of employment, for
brevity.
