May 19, 1981
The Honorable Benjamin L. Cardin
Speaker of the House of Delegates
State House
Annapolis, Maryland 21404

Dear Mr. Speaker:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland Constitution, today I have vetoed House Bill 1320.

This bill was introduced to allow minors in Dorchester
County to stock beer. However, because of a conflict
between the title of the bill and its body, the bill does
not accomplish the original intent of the sponsor and,
therefore, at his request, I have vetoed House Bill 1320.

Sincerely,
Harry Hughes
Governor

House Bill No. 1324
