VETOES

This bill provides that the Waterways Improvement Fund
may be used for the constructing of marine facilities for
marine firefighting, marine police, or medical services.

Senate Bill 1090, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 19, 1981, accomplishes the
same purpose.

Therefore it is unnecessary for me to sign House Bill
1255.

AN ACT concerning

Dorchester County - Alcoholic Beverages - Employment
of Minors - Hours of Sale - Licenses

FOR the purpose of providing that in Dorchester County the
holders of a Class A (off sale) beer license may employ
minors of a certain age fee-sell or older to stock beer;
and clarifying language concerning hours of sale;
clarifying language; and altering the residency
requirement for certain licenses in Dorchester County.
