southwesterly direction with and along the Montgomery
County-Frederick County boundary line to a point 300 feet
southwest of and at right angles to the centerline of the
Kemptown Road, thence in a generally southeasterly
direction, southwest of, parallel to and 300 feet distant
from the centerline of the Kemptown Road, to a point due
west of the centerline intersection of the Kemptown Road,
with the Damascus-Ridgeville Road, thence in a straight
line, in a southwesterly direction to a point on the
centerline of the Browningsville Road, Route 122, 300 feet
north of the intersection with the road leading from the
Browningsville Road to Kings Valley, thence in a generally
southerly direction, west of, parallel to and 300 feet
distant from the west line of the road leading from the

direction, west of, parallel to and 300 feet distant from
the west line of Goshen Road to the center of Cabin Branch,
thence in an easterly direction with the center of Cabin
Branch to a point 300 feet east of and at right angles to
the east line of Goshen Road, thence in a northerly
