Ch. 805

Washington Suburban Sanitary District which are applicable
to the water system of the Commission including taxes and
other sums or charges levied by [said] THE commission in
[said] THE sanitary district; provided, however, that the
commission shall not levy any ad valorem or front foot
benefit tax assessment or other charge within the
aforementioned rural water area until such time as the
construction of a water system shall be actually commenced,
or an existing water system shall be extended to such area,
and available to the property within such area, and when
from time to time such a system is commenced or extended,
then the area or areas affected by such commencement or
extension shall be excluded from this provision.

19-57. Same — Same — Laytonsville, Damascus, Clarksburg
and Gaithersburg districts.

(a) The first mentioned area herein described be and
it is hereby added to and made a part of the rural water
areas under the jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission created by chapter 122 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1918, the area herein described
being an addition to the rural water areas created by
chapter 710 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1959, and
that the second and third areas herein described are hereby
added to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District under the
jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
created by chapter 122 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1918.

(1) Rural water area. All that area in the
Laytonsville, Damascus, Clarksburg and Gaithersburg election
districts of Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the
following described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a
point on the south right of way line of the Potomac Electric
Power Company's transmission line, [said] THE point being
500 feet northeast of, and at right angles to the northeast
line of the Laytonsville-Olney Road, Route 108, and
approximately 14,000 feet northwest of the existing boundary
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District at the
intersection of the Laytonsville-Olney Road, with the Bowie
Mill Road and running thence in a generally northwesterly
direction, northeast of, parallel to and 500 feet distant
from the northeast line of the Laytonsville-Olney Road and
the Laytonsville-Etchison Road, to the centerline of the
Etchison-Damascus Road, thence in a northeasterly direction
and at right angles to the Etchison-Damascus Road to a point
300 feet northeast of the centerline of the
Etchison-Damascus Road, thence in a generally northwesterly
direction, northeast of, parallel to and 300 feet distant
from the centerline of the Etchison-Damascus Road, to the
centerline of the Mullinix Mill Road, thence in a straight
line, in a northwesterly direction to a point 300 feet due
east of the centerline intersection of the
Damascus-Ridgeville Road, Route 27, with the Kemptown Road,
Route 80, thence in a generally northwesterly direction,
northeast of, parallel to and 300 feet distant from the
