Field, thence with the western boundary of the [said] United
States Government property in a northwesterly direction to
the east side of the road between Camp Springs and the
Marlboro Pike, thence in a generally northeasterly direction
with the east side of the [said] road between Camp Springs
and the Marlboro Pike to a point east of and 200 feet
distant from the east side of Mayhew Road, thence in a
generally northwesterly direction east of, parallel to and
200 feet distant from the east side of Mayhew Road to a
point on the south 14° 11" west 477.15 feet line of the
subdivision known as Upper Morningside as shown on a plat
thereof recorded among the land records of Prince George's
County, thence with the [said] south 14° 11' west 477.15
feet line of the Upper Morningside subdivision to the east
side of Mayhew Road, thence in a generally northwesterly
direction with the east side of Mayhew Road to the south
corner of the tract of land conveyed by Frank L. Campbell to
Everett E. Pumphrey as recorded among the land records of
Prince George's County in liber 588 at folio 159, [said] THE
corner being also a corner of the [said] Upper Morningside
subdivision, thence leaving Mayhew Road and running in a
generally northerly direction with the easterly boundary of
the [said] conveyance to Everett E. Pumphrey and with the
westerly boundaries of the subdivisions known as Upper
Morningside and Morningside to the northeast corner of the
[said] conveyance from Campbell to Pumphrey, thence in a
westerly direction with the northerly boundary of the [said]
conveyance to the east side of Mayhew Road, thence in a
generally northwesterly direction with the east side of
Mayhew Road to the south taking line of the Military Highway
between the District of Columbia and Andrews Field,
Maryland, also known as the Suitland Parkway, thence in a
generally easterly direction with the [said] south taking
line of the [said] Military Highway to a point east of, at
right angles to and 200 feet distant from the east side of
Stewart Road, thence in a generally northerly direction east
of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the east side of
Stewart Road to the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, thence with the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the
southwest corner of the tract of land conveyed by S. Marvin
Peach, Trustee, to William Addison Hitt as recorded among
the land records of Prince George's County in liber 147 at
folio 239, thence with the westerly boundary of [said] THE
conveyance to William Addison Hitt to the existing boundary
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence with
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District to the point of beginning; excepting, however, from
the above described area the properties of Russell Grimes,
Eugene Grimes, Joseph Komanda, John T. Fisher, Jr., Colonel
James M. Clow, Theodora F. Valentine and William E. Miller,
located on or near the Ernshaw or Brinkley Road.
[Said] THE additional areas shall be subject to all of
the rules and regulations of the commission and all of the
provisions of law relating to [said] THE sanitary district,
including taxes, assessments and benefit charges levied in
