angles and crossing the [said] Fairspring-Springfield-Hill
Road to the [said] south corner of the [said] Patuxent
Research Refuge property, thence in a generally
northeasterly direction with the southeasterly boundary of
the [said] Patuxent Research Refuge property to the Patuxent
River and the boundary between Prince George's and Anne
Arundel counties, thence in a generally southeasterly
direction with the center of the Patuxent River and the
boundary between Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties
to the point where the [said] boundary crosses latitude 39°
00' north, thence due west to a point east of, at right
angles to and 200 feet distant from the east side of High
Bridge Road, thence in a generally southerly direction east
of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the east side of
High Bridge Road to the east side of the right of way of the
railroad running between Bowie and Popes Creek, thence in a
generally southeasterly direction with the east side of said
railroad to a point south of, at right angles to and 200
feet distant from the south side of the Defense Highway,

on the Southern Maryland Pike (sometimes called Naylor
Road), east of and 200 feet distant from the east side of
St. Barnabas Church Road [said] THE point also being on the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District and running, thence in a generally southwesterly
direction east of, parallel to, and 200 feet distant from
the east side of [said] St. Barnabas Church Road to a point
south of and 200 feet distant from the south side of Ernshaw
Road, also called Brinkley Road, at Phelps Corner, thence in
a generally easterly direction south of, parallel to and 200
feet distant from the south side of Ernshaw Road to a point
west of and 200 feet distant from the west side of Temple
Hills Road, thence in a generally southerly direction west
of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the west side of
Temple Hills Road to the road between Palmers Corner and
Camp Springs at Padgetts Corner, thence at right angles to
the road between Palmers Corner and Camp Springs to a point
south of and 200 feet distant from the south side of said
road, thence in a generally northeasterly direction south
of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the south side of
the road between Palmers Corner and Camp Springs and
crossing the Southern Maryland Pike to the western boundary
of the United States Government property known as Andrews
