37.75 feet, thence north 76° 10' east 482.38 feet to a point
at the southeast corner of lot 34 as shown on aforesaid
plat, thence with the prolongation of the aforementioned
north 76° 10' east 482.38 foot line until it intersects a
line 150 feet distant from and parallel to the east line of
Randall Road as shown on the aforesaid plat, thence in a
northerly and northwesterly direction with the line 150 feet
distant from and parallel to the easterly line of Randall
Road, to the point where [said] THE line intersects the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence in a southwesterly direction with the
existing boundary line of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District to the beginning of this description.
(d) Beginning at a point where the south line of the
Southern Maryland Pike (Washington to Waldorf Road)
intersects the East line of St. Barnabas Church Road (Silver
Hill to Rosecroft Road) and running thence westerly in a
straight line represented by an extension of the south line
of [said] THE Southern Maryland Pike to the present boundary
of [said] THE district established by chapter 232 of the
Acts of [1941] 1931, and thence northerly with [said] THE
boundary to the boundary of [said] THE district paralleling
the Naylor Road or Southern Maryland Pike and thence
easterly with [said] THE boundary crossing [said] THE pike
at Silver Hill, and thence along the east line of [said] THE
pike to the beginning.
(e) The area of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District within Prince George's County and the jurisdiction
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties,
authority and powers are hereby extended to include that
additional territory within the following designated and
described boundaries:
Beginning at the point where the existing boundary line
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District intersects the
west or south 27° 49' 40" 661.74 foot line of Navy Day
Subdivision as recorded among the land records of Prince
George's County, in plat book 4, as plat 64, 302 feet more
or less from the beginning thereof at the northwest corner
of lot 1 as shown on the aforesaid plat; thence with the
boundaries of the aforesaid Navy Day Subdivision, so as to
include it, the following courses and distances: south 27°
49' 40" east, 359.74 feet; thence south 27° 16' 40" east,
1037.26 feet; thence north 21° 50' east, 37.75 feet; thence
north 76° 10' east, 482.38 feet, to a point at the southeast
corner of lot 34 as shown on aforesaid plat; thence
continuing on the last course to the center line of Randall
Road, thence in a straight line to a corner designated by a
stone on the plat of Suitland as recorded among the land
records of Prince George's County in plat book B. D. S. 1,
as plat no. 97, [said] THE corner being also the corner of
lot 18 as indicated on [said] THE plat; thence running with
a line in a southeasterly direction making an angle to the
right of 17° 14' 28" with the south 71 1/4° east bounding
line of [said] THE plat of Suitland aforesaid 1450 feet;
