sewer systems or any extensions thereto shall be taken and
considered as a part of the commission's general system and
subject to all of the rules, regulations, assessments and
benefits affecting the same as part of the territory of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District for the purpose of
direct tax or any or all of the provisions of chapter 122 of
the Acts of 1918 and any amendments thereto. The [said]
additional territory shall be taken as and treated as if the
[said] additional territory were within the original
boundaries of the sanitary district; provided, however, that
no sanitary commission direct tax shall be levied by the
county commissioners of Prince George's County against the
territory first described herein as being in Vansville
District, nor against that part of the territory secondly
described herein which lies south of the Suitland Road,
prior to January 1, 1936, nor shall the sanitary commission
levy any front foot benefit tax, charge or other assessment
within that part of the above described territory in
Vansville District and that part south of the Suitland Road
hereinbefore described, until such time as the construction
of a water and/or sewer system is actually begun within
[said] THE territory, or an extension is made of any
existing water or sewer system.
19-4. 1935 boundary extension; Paint Branch and Hillendale
areas.
The following area is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District: Beginning at a point of the
intersection of the county line and Northwest Branch,
continuing in an easterly direction along [said] THE county
line to Paint Branch, north along Paint Branch to
intersection of northern boundary of Hillendale subdivision,
then in a westerly direction along the northern Montgomery
boundaries of Hillendale to Xaverian Brothers to a point
intersecting the Northwest Branch, thence in a southerly
direction along [said] THE branch to the county line, the
point of beginning.
The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission is hereby extended to include the territory
hereinabove described, and [said] THE area shall be subject
to all the rules, regulations, etc., of [said] THE
commission.
19-5. 1937 boundary extensions — Piney Branch or Avenel
Road area.
The following area is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District: On the north side of the Piney
Branch or Avenel Road, beginning at a stone planted on the
Eastern bank of a small stream at the end of the 15th line
of a conveyance made March 6, 1875 by George W. Riggs to
Elizabeth Hutchinson for 298 3/4 acres, thence by and with
the lines of [said] THE articles of agreement, of Sept. 20,
1879, south 61° 30' west 3.32 perches to a stone, thence
South 88° 30' west 33.72 perches to a stone planted on the
