Annually, on or before June 1, of each year, the appointee
shall disclose in writing, to the county governing body, all
information available to update and make current his
business and financial interests and property holdings in
the State of Maryland and The Greater Washington
Metropolitan Area, as well as information available to him
concerning the business and financial interests and property
holdings of the appointee's spouse, father, mother, brother,
sister or child, and there shall be complete public
disclosure by the county governing body of the information
so received. The county governing body may require
substantiation and additional information wherever the
county governing body shall determine it necessary.

(c)  In Montgomery and Prince George's Counties the
county executive may, with the approval of a majority of the
members of the county council of his county, remove any
commissioner appointed from his county prior to the
completion of the commissioner's term. In addition, a
majority of the members of the Montgomery County Council, by
resolution, may, unless the Montgomery County Executive
disapproves the resolution in writing within 30 days of its
adoption, remove any commissioner appointed from Montgomery
County prior to the completion of the commissioner's term.
Prior to any removal under this subsection, a public hearing
shall be held thereon, in Montgomery County by the body
initiating the removal proceeding, and in Prince George's
County by the county council, unless a hearing is waived in
writing by the commissioner sought to be removed. At such
hearing an opportunity shall be given to the commissioner to
present a defense in his or her own behalf. The provisions
of this subsection shall not apply to any member of the
commission in office on June 1, 1975 for the member's
current term of office.

(d)  Any vacancy occurring in the membership of the
commission for any reason shall be filled as provided in
this section for the unexpired portion of the term.

(e)  With respect to the chairman, vice-chairman and
commissioners who commenced their terms in such offices
prior to June 1, 1972, the annual salary of the chairman of
the commission shall be six thousand seven hundred dollars
($6,700.00); of the vice-chairman, six thousand four hundred
dollars ($6,400.00); and of the other members of the
commission six thousand two hundred dollars ($6,200.00), all
payable bi-weekly, and for the chairman, vice-chairman and
other members of the commission who, respectively, commence
such term of office on June 1, 1972 or thereafter, whether
by first appointment or election or reappointment or
re-election, as elsewhere provided for in this section, the
respective salaries shall be eight thousand five hundred
dollars ($8,500.00), eight thousand three hundred dollars
($8,300.00) and eight thousand dollars ($8,000.00), all
payable bi-weekly. The chairman and vice-chairman shall
perform such duties as the commission shall from time to
time designate. The commission shall, in June 1972, and in
