(ii) Sought to be levied upon in an action
of distress, until levy and any removal[.];

(7)  A petition of injunction filed by a county
or municipality including Baltimore City for the enforcement
of its health, housing, fire, building, electric, plumbing,
and zoning codes[.];

(8)  Proceedings under §§ 264 or 297 of Article
27 for the forfeiture or return of moneys involved in a
gambling or controlled dangerous substances seizure where
the amount involved, excluding any interest, does not exceed
$5,000[.];

(9)  A proceeding for adjudication of: [a]

(I)  A municipal infraction as defined in
Article 23A, Section 3(b)(1) of the Code; [or a]

(II) A Commission infraction as defined in
Article 66D, § 5-113 of the Code; OR

(III)  A CIVIL ZONING INFRACTION AS DEFINED
IN ZONING VIOLATION FOR WHICH A CIVIL PENALTY HAS BEEN
PROVIDED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 66B, § 7.01 OF THE CODE; AND

(10)  A proceeding for adjudication of a civil
penalty for any violation under Section 8-1411.1 of the
Natural Resources Article of the Code or under Section
15B(c-l) of Article 41 of the Code or any rule or regulation
issued pursuant to those sections.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Treasurer

FOR the purpose of altering the annual salary of the
Treasurer of St. Mary's County; repealing the right of
the Treasurer to collect certain fees; repealing a
provision relating to the salary of the clerk to the
Treasurer of St. Mary's County; and providing that this
Act does not affect the incumbent Treasurer of St.
Mary's County.
