LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 786

1. (I) WHO SELL SELLING FEWER THAN
SEVEN LOTS OR FEWER THAN SEVEN RESIDENCES OF CONDOMINIUM
UNITS DURING ANY CALENDAR YEAR; OR

2. (II) WHO SUBDIVIDE OR SELL

SUBDIVIDING OR SELLING PROPERTY WHICH IS OWNED FOR NOT LESS
THAN 10 YEARS. THIS EXEMPTION FROM LICENSURE FOR AN OWNER
CONTINUES WITH RESPECT TO THE HEIRS OF THE OWNER INHERITING
THE PROPERTY AND, IF THE OWNER REMAINS PERSONALLY LIABLE,
WITH RESPECT TO ANY CORPORATION WHOLLY OWNED BY THE OWNER OR
HEIRS TO WHICH THE PROPERTY MAY BE CONVEYED; NOR .

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

Paternity Proceedings - Statute of Limitations

FOR the purpose of clarifying the law concerning time
limitations on the institution of paternity
proceedings; altering the time limitations where the
mother of an illegitimate child is under a certain age;
and clarifying language.

SECTION 1, BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
