(D) ANY MOTOR CARRIER OPERATING A REGISTERED VEHICLE,
THE REGISTRATION OF WHICH IS SCHEDULED TO EXPIRE ON MARCH
31, 1982, MAY EXTEND THE REGISTRATION UNTIL DECEMBER 31,
1982 BY THE PAYMENT OF A FEE OF $2.25 PER VEHICLE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
Comptroller may rescind the registration of motor vehicle
fleets that were registered in accordance with repealed
subsection (a) and (b) for any violation of the provisions
of this subtitle or of the regulations promulgated
thereunder, and in such case the motor carrier shall be
required to obtain identification markers for each
individual vehicle in accordance with the regulations
promulgated by the Comptroller. This subsection shall
terminate automatically without further action by the
General Assembly on December 31, 1982.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That all
vehicles which are registered with the Comptroller whose
registration is scheduled to expire on March 31, 1982, shall
expire on December 31, 1982.
SECTION 4 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning
Carroll County and Frederick County - Sunday Labor
FOR the purpose of providing that in Carroll and Frederick
counties, subject to certain exceptions, certain
employees may select Sunday or another day as a Sabbath
day of rest by filing written notice with their
employer; providing certain protections for employees
who exercise their rights under this Act; prescribing a
penalty for violation of this Act; and generally
relating to Sunday labor in Carroll County and
Frederick County.
