(2)  Then south along the center line of South
East Avenue to [the waters of the harbor] ITS END; and

(3)  Then southwest along an extension of South
East Avenue BEARING 195 DEGREES to its intersection with the
northwest branch of the Patapsco River.

(o) The boundary between wards 16 and 20 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of Woodington
Road and Edmondson Avenue continuing east along the center
line of Edmondson Avenue to West Franklin Street; and

(2)  Then east along the center line of West
Franklin Street to North Fulton Avenue.

(p) The boundary between wards 16 and 19 shall be as
follows:

Beginning at the intersection of North Fulton
Avenue and West Franklin Street and continuing east along
the center line of West Franklin Street to North Carey
Street.

(q) The boundary between wards 19 and 20 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad right-of-way and South Monroe
Street, continuing north along the center line of South
Monroe Street to West Baltimore Street.

(2)  Then east along the center line of West
Baltimore Street to North Fulton Avenue; and

(3)  Then north along the center line of North
Fulton Avenue to West Franklin Street.

(r) The boundary between wards 16 and 18 shall be as
follows:

Beginning at the intersection of North Carey
Street and West Franklin Street, continuing east along the
center line of West Franklin Street to Fremont Avenue.

(s) The boundary between wards 18 and 19 shall be as
follows:

Beginning at the intersection of West Pratt
Street and South Carey Street, continuing north along the
center line of Carey Street to West Franklin Street.
