[(j) The boundary between wards 8 and 27 shall be as

follows:

Beginning at the intersection of Harford Road and
Herring Run and continuing south along Herring Run to Belair
Road.]

(k) The boundary between wards 8 and 26 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of Belair Road
and [Herring Run] THE NORTHEASTERN BOUNDARY OF HERRING RUN
PARK and continuing southwest along the center line of
Belair Road to Erdman Avenue;

(2)  Then southeast along the center line of
Erdman Avenue to Edison Highway; and

(3)  Then south along the center line of Edison
Highway to the Penn-Central Railroad right-of-way.

(1) The boundary between wards 7 and 26 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of [Belair
Road and the northeastern boundary of Herring Run Park and
continuing southwest along the center line of Belair Road to
Erdman Avenue] THE PENN CENTRAL RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
EDISON HIGHWAY AND CONTINUING SOUTH ALONG EDISON HIGHWAY TO
EAST MONUMENT STREET;

(2)  Then east along the center line of East
Monument Street to Loneys Lane; and

(3)  Then south along the center line of Loneys
Lane to Jefferson Street.

(m) The boundary between wards 6 and 26 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of Jefferson
Street and Loneys Lane and continuing south along the
center line of Loneys Lane to the point where its center
line intersects with the center line of North East Avenue;
and

(2)  Then south along the center line of North
East Avenue to East Baltimore Street.

(n) The boundary between wards 1 and 26 shall be as
follows:

(1) Beginning at the intersection of North East
Avenue and East Baltimore Street and continuing east along
the center line of East Baltimore Street to South East
Avenue;
