(3) REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE DEPARTMENT AS
REQUIRED UNDER PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE

NULL AND VOID IF THE DEPARTMENT DETERMINES THAT THE

POLITICAL SUBDIVISION HAS IMPLEMENTED THE FLOOD MANAGEMENT
PLAN REQUIRED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION.

(4) THE PROVISIONS OF ITEM (2) OF THIS

SUBSECTION MAY NOT BE ENFORCED UNLESS THE DEPARTMENT HAS
COMPLETED THE STUDIES OF THE PARTICULAR WATERSHED REQUIRED
UNDER SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
contingent upon the passage of Senate Bills 981 and 982 and
if neither measure is enacted, then this Act shall be null
and void without further action required by the General
Assembly.

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Maryland
Pharmacy Assistance Program

FOR the purpose of repealing certain sections portions of
the Annotated Code relating to the reimbursement
reimbursement of certain providers by the Maryland
Pharmacy Assistance Program and the Maryland Medical
Assistance Program for certain items that are currently
determined to be ineffective by the United States Food
and Drug Administration.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
