HARRY HUGHES, Governor

THE BOARD SHALL PAY ALL FUNDS COLLECTED UNDER THIS

which a fee is not set in the present law.
Subsection (b) of this section is new language
derived without substantive change from the third
sentence of Art. 43, § 360.
As to subsection (b) of this section, the last
sentence of present Art. 43, § 360, which
requires that disbursement of funds be in
accordance with Art. Ill, §§ 32 and 52 of the
State Constitution or Art. 15A, §§ 1 through 15
of the Code, which relate to disbursements from
the General Fund of this State, is deleted as
implicit in the requirement that the funds are
part of the General Fund of this State.
