That, for the Fiscal Year 1978, of the funds
appropriated by Section 5 of this Act, there shall be
allocated a total of $13,500,000 to be used exclusively by
the State agencies and local governing bodies hereunder.
From the funds available under this program for the Fiscal
Year 1978, the following State agencies and Baltimore City
are hereby authorized to expend the following amounts for
the following projects:

Department of Natural Resources, land acquisition

(1)  Patapsco (Howard, Carroll, Baltimore,
and Anne Arundel counties):

The land acquisition program may not

exceed 11,171 acres................. $1,000,000

(2)  Seneca (Montgomery County):

The land acquisition program may not

exceed 6,609 acres.................. $1,000,000

(3)  South Mountain (Frederick and
Washington counties):

The land acquisition program may not

exceed 9,000 acres.................. $400,000

(4)  Baltimore City Grants................. $750,000

(5)  St. Mary's City Commission (St. Mary's
County):

The land acquisition program may not

exceed [1,200) 863 acres............ $350,000

(6)  Wye Island (Queen Anne's County):

The land acquisition program may not

exceed 3,500 acres.................. $2,000,000

(7)  Advanced Option and Purchase Fund for
Department of Natural Resources Areas
and for the following authorized
areas: Green Ridge (Alleghany County),

Jones Island (Somerset County),

Monacacy (Frederick and Montgomery

counties), Morgan Run (Carroll

County), Patuxent (Montgomery and
Howard counties), Severn Run (Anne
Arundel County), St. Mary's (St.
Mary's County), Susquehanna (Harford
County), Tuckahoe (Queen Anne's and
Caroline counties), Wye Island (Queen

Anne's County)........................ $500,000
