(e) (1) Nursing supervision shall be provided by the
nurse supervisor of school health, Caroline County Health
Department.

(2) The [local] health officer also shall be
available for consultation.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect on July 1, 1981, contingent upon the
taking effect of Chapter of the Acts of 1981 (S.B.

No. 249) (llr0976) and if Chapter ____ does not become

effective, this Act shall be null and void without the
necessity of further action by the General Assembly.

Motor Clubs - Minimum Financial Requirements

FOR the purpose of establishing minimum capital and surplus
requirements for a motor club to qualify for authority
to do business in Maryland after certain dates; and
generally relating to capital and surplus requirements.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 48B - Motor Clubs

3A.

(A) TO QUALIFY FOR AUTHORITY TO ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS
OF A MOTOR CLUB, A MOTOR CLUB COMMENCING BUSINESS IN THIS
STATE ON OR AFTER JULY 1, 1981 SHALL POSSESS AND THEREAFTER
MAINTAIN:

(1) PAID-IN CAPITAL STOCK HAVING A FIXED NOMINAL
OR PAR VALUE OF NOT LESS THAN $5,000; AND
