(b) The application shall include:

(7) Information that relates to the financial
status of the applicant, including:

(i) A current [audited] balance sheet;
(ii) A profit and loss statement; and
(iii) Credit references; and

(C) AUDITED BALANCE SHEET. — AFTER RECEIPT OF AN
APPLICATION, THE AUTHORITY MAY DETERMINE BY RESOLUTION THAT
AN APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE AN AUDITED BALANCE SHEET BEFORE
THE AUTHORITY MAKES ITS DECISION ON THE APPLICATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Outdoor Recreation Land Loan of 1969 - Reduction
of Authorized Bonds

FOR the purpose of establishing a schedule of phased
reductions annually in the amount of State general
obligation bonds authorized to be issued for the
purposes of Program Open Space establishing a schedule
of phased reductions annually in the amount of State
general obligation bonds authorized to be issued for
the purposes of Program Open Space reducing the bond
authorization for Program Open Space in the amount of
$18,000,000.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 403 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1969, as amended by Chapter 563 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1979

BY adding to

Chapter 403 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1969, as amended by Chapter 563 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1979
