SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Community Development - Bond Allocations

FOR the purpose of allocating to the Community Development

Administration of the Department of Economic and

Community Development all of the State ceiling for each
year for which Congress authorizes the issuance of
qualified mortgage bonds, defining terms; providing for
the reallocation from Administration and the voluntary
reallocation of local allocation; specifying a certain

effective date; and generally relating to bond

allocations for community development.

For the purpose of allocating to the Community Development
Administration the entire amount of mortgage backed
revenue bonds available to the State; providing for the
reallocation of a portion of this amount to local
issuers; providing for the reallocation of a portion of
the local share; defining certain terms; and generally
relating to the issuance of mortgage backed revenue
bonds in this State and state compliance with certain
federal requirements as to these bonds.
