(a) In Dorchester County during each of the seasons
for hunting deer provided for in § 10-415 of this [article]
SUBTITLE, a person may hunt, pursue, or kill WITHOUT A
SPECIAL ANTLERLESS PERMIT either:

[(i) one] (1) ONE white tail deer of either sex
and two sika deer of either sex; or

[(ii) three] (2) THREE sika deer of either sex[,
without the need for a special antlerless permit].

(b) The provisions of this section do not apply after
July 1, 1981.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Migratory Waterfowl Stamp

FOR the purpose of increasing the cost of the wild waterfowl
stamp; creating a Maryland Waterfowl Restoration
Program; encouraging a waterfowl habitat conservation
program on private lands by providing that the Wildlife
Administration shall implement a licensing program on
privately owned lands; allowing certain expenditures to
be considered a contribution to the State; altering the
membership of a certain advisory committee; providing
for allocation of certain revenues; authorizing a
certain advisory committee to give certain advice;
providing that this Act may not affect the terms of
certain members; and providing for and funding
waterfowl projects on public lands.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
