CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANY LICENSE ISSUED
BY THE FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION, A PERSON WHO
OWNS OR OPERATES A DAM OR OBSTRUCTION ON THE WATERS OF THE
STATE USED FOR THE GENERATION OF ELECTRIC POWER AND THE
SECRETARY SHALL COOPERATE TO ASSURE THE RELEASE OF A
SUFFICIENT FLOW OF IMPOUNDED WATER, AS DETERMINED BY THE
SECRETARY, TO MAINTAIN OR ENHANCE BOTH WATER QUALITY AND
AQUATIC HABITAT BELOW THE DAM OR OBSTRUCTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Unemployment Insurance - Benefits

FOR the purpose of providing for adjustments in the
determination of altering the weekly benefit amount for
unemployment insurance benefits; and providing that a
claimant for unemployment benefits is considered
eligible for benefits if the claimant's earnings for a
certain period are a certain number of divisions below
the division corresponding to the claimant's wages on
the schedule of benefits.
