inhaled; provided, that nothing in this section shall be
interpreted as applying to the inhalation of any anaesthesia
for medical or dental purposes, and further provided, that
nothing in this section shall be interpreted as applying to
the controlled dangerous substances as defined in this
subheading.

(b) Any person violating any provision of this section
is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is subject
to a fine not exceeding $500, or imprisonment not exceeding
six months, or both.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages - Notice
of Proposed Rules

FOR the purpose of providing that the Baltimore County Board
of License Commissioners shall publish notice of all
proposed rules and regulations a certain time in
advance of any action the effective date of the
proposed rules and regulations; and providing that all
interested persons shall have reasonable opportunity to
submit data or views orally or in writing prior to the
effective date of the proposed rules and regulations.
