(20) Grossly AND willfully [, and continually:

(i) Overcharges] OVERCHARGES for
professional services; [or

(ii) Submits false statements to collect
fees for which services are not provided;]

(23)  Fails to meet appropriate standards as
determined by appropriate peer review for the delivery of
quality surgical care performed in an outpatient surgical
facility, office, hospital, or any other location in this
State;[or]

(24)  Performs an abortion outside a licensed
hospital; OR

(25)  WILLFULLY SUBMITS FALSE STATEMENTS TO
COLLECT FEES FOR WHICH SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
