AN ACT concerning

Allegany County - Alcoholic Beverages - Election

Days

FOR the purpose of permitting wholesalers and manufacturers
to sell or deliver alcoholic beverages to retail
license holders in Allegany County on election days.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 79 and 80

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

79.

(a)  Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c), the
hours during which alcoholic beverages may be sold or
delivered to retail license holders by holders of
manufacturers' licenses shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12
o'clock midnight, on every day except Sundays and election
days.

(b)  In the subdivisions enumerated below, the hours
during which alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to
retail license holders by holders of manufacturers' licenses
shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight, on
every day except Sundays:

(1) ALLEGANY COUNTY

[(1)]   (2)     Anne Arundel County

[(2)]   (3)     Baltimore County

[(3)]   (4)     Cecil County

[(4)]   (5)     Charles County

[(5)]   (6)     Frederick County

[(6)]   (7)     Harford County
