credits for low income and elderly eligible homeowners
by repealing the provision of law relating to the
termination of the program.

Section 12F-l(m)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1980 Replacement Volume)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes

12F-1.

[(m) The provisions of this section shall be repealed
automatically and of no effect on July 1, 1982 without
further action by the General Assembly.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
