PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION, THE TRI-COUNTY COUNCIL FOR
SOUTHERN MARYLAND, AND ANY OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY IN THIS
STATE may utilize the services of the Purchasing Bureau of
the Department of General Services to purchase materials,
supplies and equipment, subject to the initial approval of
the Secretary of General Services. The right to purchase
through the Department shall be in addition to, but not in
substitution for, the applicable purchasing power granted to
any county, municipal corporation, [and] the mayor and city
council of Baltimore [in its public local laws or charter],
OR ANY OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY IN THIS STATE PURSUANT TO
ANY STATUTORY OR CHARTER PROVISION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

(House Bill 639)

AN ACT concerning

Caroline County Subdivision Plats - Recording

FOR the purpose of permitting certain interested persons in
Caroline County to record copies of certain unrecorded
subdivision plats; requiring the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in Caroline County to maintain separate plat
books for plats recorded under this Act; providing for
a fee; providing for references to plats; and generally
relating to certain unrecorded subdivision plats in
Caroline County plats, not to be construed as creating
subdivisions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 3-108(j)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1980 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
