Symptomatology; and 9. Physical therapy, as defined in § 3-310. Subject to the hearing provisions of § 3-311 of this (1) Practices chiropractic without having been (2) Fraudulently or deceptively obtains or (3) Fraudulently or deceptively uses a license; (4) Practices chiropractic under a false name;
