Ch. 378

(i) A written section on the sciences
taught in preclinical courses, including:

1.

Anatomy;

2.

Bacteriology;

3.

Chemistry;

4.

Histology;

5.

Pathology; and

6.

Physiology; and

(ii) A written or oral section on clinical
subjects, including:

practice;

1.  Chiropractic principles;

2.  Chiropractic technique and

3.  Hygiene;

4.  Neurology;

5.  Orthopedics;

6.  Physical diagnosis;

7.  Roentgenology;

8.  Symptomatology; and

9.  Physical therapy, as defined in §
13-101 of this article.

3-310.

Subject to the hearing provisions of § 3-311 of this
subtitle, the Board may deny a license to any applicant,
reprimand any licensee, or suspend or revoke a license if
the applicant or licensee:

(1)  Practices chiropractic without having been
issued an annual renewal certificate as required by this
title;

(2)  Fraudulently or deceptively obtains or
attempts to obtain a license for the applicant or licensee
or for another;

(3)  Fraudulently or deceptively uses a license;

(4)  Practices chiropractic under a false name;
