Human Relations Commission - Discrimination Complaints

FOR the purpose of requiring the State Human Relations
Commission to forward certain results of investigation
of realtors real estate agents and brokers to the State
Real Estate Commission; and altering the Real Estate
Commission's Authority refuse licensure for certain
discriminatory convictions for appropriate action.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 49B - Human Relations Commission

(a) After the filing of any complaint the executive
director shall consider the complain and shall refer it to

the Commission's staff for prompt investigation and

ascertainment of the facts. The results of the

investigation shall be made as written findings. A copy of

the findings shall be furnished to the complaint and to
the person, firm, association, partnership or corporation
