payment of a fee of $15 per day. The provisions of § 103 of
this article may not apply to holders of this license and
alcoholic beverages, EXCEPT BEER AND LIGHT WINE, sold under
this special license shall be purchased by such special
license holder from retail dealers. HOWEVER, IN BALTIMORE
CITY THE HOLDER OF A CLASS C SPECIAL BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR
LICENSE MAY PURCHASE BEER AND LIGHT WINE FROM A WHOLESALE
DEALER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 641B of Article 27 - Crimes and
Punishments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
