HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1623 (a) The name of the corporation shall indicate its (1) Company, if it is not preceded by the word (2) "Corporation"; (3) "Incorporated"; or (4) "Limited." (b) The name of a corporation may not: (1) Contain any word or phrase which indicates (2) Be the same as or misleadingly similar to: (i) The name of any Maryland corporation; (ii) The name of any foreign corporation (iii) Any name which is reserved under § (IV) A NAME THAT A FOREIGN CORPORATION HAS (C) THE DEPARTMENT MAY PERMIT A FOREIGN CORPORATION (1) TO TRANSACT BUSINESS IN THIS STATE ONLY (2) TO USE THE ASSUMED NAME IN ALL OF ITS SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 12, 1981.
