health officers and county health officers shall hold the
office of health officer, as created by this Act,
notwithstanding any qualifications for office set under this
Act and without taking the oath of office required under
this Act and may continue to hold office unless removed in
accordance with this Act.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

Public Works - Submission of Affidavits by Bidders

FOR the purpose of changing the required frequency for the
submission of affidavits by persons contracting within
the State, any county or other subdivisions; and making
certain changes in style.

FOR the purpose of altering certain affidavit requirements
relating to government contracts by permitting
Incorporation by reference of a previously filed
affidavit under certain circumstances; and clarifying
language.
