REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 32, §§ 5(b)
and 29(c)(2). Its revision is patterned after
the standard language used throughout this
article for provisions that allow or require
waiver of examination requirements.

In subsection (b) of this section, the references
in present Art. 32, § 5(b) to a federal Board of
dental examiners and to an individual "who may
have absolved any part of the requirements of
examination under the authority of a recognized
board generally accepted as a reputable agent of
the profession" are deleted as unnecessary and
potentially misleading. There are neither any
federal dental boards nor any agencies that have
the power to absolve an individual from the
requirements of examination except as part of a
licensing process.
