SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

532.

(a) (3) HOWEVER, ANY PERSON ENROLLED IN A BEAUTY
SCHOOL CONDUCTED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE,
OFFICE OF DEPENDENT SCHOOLS SHALL BE GIVEN CREDIT ON AN
HOUR-BY-HOUR BASIS TOWARD MEETING THE REQUIREMENT OF
PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS SUBSECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED,   That Section(s)

Code of Maryland be renumbered to      be Section(s)
