1510 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 255 (D) (1) ANY OF THE FOLLOWING FACTS MAY BE PROVED AS (I) THAT THE DRAWER HAD INSUFFICIENT FUNDS (II) THAT THE CHECK WAS DISHONORED; OR (III) THAT THE DRAWER OR A REPRESENTATIVE (2) PROOF MAY BE MADE BY IN INTRODUCTION IN EVIDENCE OF: (I) A NOTICE OF PROTEST OF THE CHECK; OR (II) A CERTIFICATE UNDER OATH OF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DRAWEE DECLARING THE FACT (3) PROOF UNDER THIS SUBSECTION CONSTITUTES PRESUMPTIVE EVIDENCE OF THE FACT SO PROVED. (4) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION ARE CUMULATIVE AND A FACT MAY BE PROVED IN ANY OTHER MANNER SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 12, 1981.
