FOR the purpose of specifying certain rights, duties,
responsibilities and liabilities of lenders, unit
owners, developers, and other persons and organizations
having interests in condominiums; specifying powers and
responsibilities of a condominium council of unit
owners, and condominium board of directors; specifying
certain conditions of sale of certain condominium
units; specifying rights and duties of buyers and
sellers of condominium units; changing the percentage
of votes needed to make certain changes in documents

and relating to condominiums and the rights and

responsibilities of certain persons and organizations

having an interest in a condominium; altering

procedures and recordkeeping related to condominiums;
designating the Secretary of State as the repository
for the registration of condominiums, resident agents,
officers, and directors; permitting certain actions by
local governments with regard to the conversion of
rental units to condominiums; relating generally to
condominiums; and clarifying language.
