sentence of § 20A, and the third sentence of §

In subsection (b)(1) of this section, the

Board practice.

duty of the Board to adopt rules and regulations,
see §§ 4-206 and 4-503 of this title, relating to
the scope of the practice of dental hygiene and

Art. 32, § 3 now appears in §§ 4-203 and 4-204 of
this subtitle.

The balance of present Art. 32, § 5(a) now
appears in §§ 4-302, 4-305, and 4-307 of this
title.
