16-306.
(a) The Board shall [certify and] issue a
[certificate] LICENSE to any applicant who meets the
requirements of this title.
(b) The Board shall include on each [certificate]
LICENSE that the Board issues:
(1) The full name of the LICENSED psychologist
[certified];
(2) The dates of issuance and expiration;
(3) A serial number;
(4) The signatures of the chairman of the Board
and the Board secretary; and
(5) The seal of the Board.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section,
[certification] A LICENSE authorizes the [certified
individual] LICENSEE to [use the title "psychologist", and
to describe the services the individual provides by use of
the words "psychological", "psychologist", or "psychology",]
PRACTICE PSYCHOLOGY while the [certification] LICENSE is
effective.
(b) An individual [certified] LICENSED by the Board is
authorized to use the words "psychological", "psychologist",
or "psychology" to describe the services the individual
provides, for purposes of reimbursement, but not for any
other purpose, if:
(1) The individual ORIGINALLY was certified
without examination because the individual had at least 25
years of experience as an instructor in psychiatry on the
teaching staff of an accredited school of medicine in this
State and applied for certification without examination
before January 1, 1979; and
(2) When the individual was certified, the Board
stipulated that the use of those words by the individual was
so limited.
16-308.
(a) The Board annually shall publish a roster that
contains the name and address of each psychologist currently
[certified] LICENSED, listed alphabetically by name and
geographically by address, and any other information the
Board considers desirable.
