Each such official shall hold the registration of boundaries
on record and shall make it available for public inspection
during all normal business hours.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission -
Disposition of Surplus or Unexpended Moneys
MC/PG 13-81

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Secretary-Treasurer of
the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission to make certain utilization of certain
surplus or unexpended moneys, pursuant to rules or
regulations adopted by the Commission.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 95 - Treasurer

22D.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISIONS OF LAW TO THE CONTRARY
OR ANY LIMITATION OR RESTRICTION CONTAINED IN ANY OTHER LAW,
THE SECRETARY-TREASURER OF THE MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL
PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION, MAY, PURSUANT TO GUIDELINES
ADOPTED BY THE COMMISSION BY RULE OR REGULATION INVEST,
REDEEM, SELL, EXCHANGE, AND REINVEST UNEXPENDED OR SURPLUS
MONEYS FROM ANY FUND OR ACCOUNT OF WHICH HE HAS CUSTODY OR
CONTROL IN BANKERS' ACCEPTANCES GUARANTEED BY BANKING
INSTITUTIONS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
