(1) To a fine not exceeding $100 or imprisonment
not exceeding 90 days, or both, or

(2) To a disposition of the case pursuant to
Article 2C, § 307.

209.

(a) The subdivisions AND MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS

enumerated in this subsection may adopt ordinances or
resolutions supplementing this subheading. This includes
the authority to regulate possession or consumption of any
alcoholic beverage on any public property, property used by
the public in general, or on any highway.

(a) Anne Arundel County.

(2) Baltimore City.

(3) Baltimore County.

(4) Prince George's County.

(5) St. Mary's County.

(6) CRISFIELD (SOMERSET COUNTY).

(b) This subheading does not apply in the following
subdivisions.

(1) Cecil County.

(2) Kent County.

(3) Queen Anne's County.

214.

A person may not possess in an open container any
alcoholic beverage, as defined in this article, while;

(1)  On the mall, adjacent parking area, or other
outside area of any combination of privately owned retail
establishments, commonly known as a shopping center, to
which the general public is invited for business purposes,
unless authorized by the owner of the establishment;

(2)  On an adjacent parking area or other outside
area of any other retail establishment, unless authorized by
the owner of the establishment;

(3)  In any parked vehicle located on any of the
places enumerated in this section, unless authorized.
