manner in which fees are set, see § 3-206 of this

3-309. INACTIVE STATUS.

(A)  INACTIVE STATUS.

THE BOARD SHALL PLACE A LICENSEE ON INACTIVE STATUS, IF
THE LICENSEE SUBMITS TO THE BOARD:

(1)  AN APPLICATION FOR INACTIVE STATUS ON THE
FORM REQUIRED BY THE BOARD; AND

(2)  THE ANNUAL INACTIVE STATUS FEE SET BY THE
BOARD.

(B)  REACTIVATION.

A LICENSEE ON INACTIVE STATUS MAY REACTIVATE THE
LICENSE AT ANY TIME IF THE LICENSEE:

(1)  COMPLIES WITH THE CONTINUING EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS IN EFFECT FOR THE YEAR IN WHICH THE LICENSEE
SEEKS TO REACTIVATE THE LICENSE; AND

(2)  PAYS THE REINSTATEMENT FEE SET BY THE BOARD.

43, § 508(c).

title.

3-310. DENIALS, REPRIMANDS, SUSPENSIONS, AND REVOCATIONS.

SUBJECT TO THE HEARING PROVISIONS OF § 3-311 OF THIS
SUBTITLE, THE BOARD MAY DENY A LICENSE TO ANY APPLICANT,
REPRIMAND ANY LICENSEE, OR SUSPEND OR REVOKE A LICENSE IF
THE APPLICANT OR LICENSEE:

(1)  PRACTICES CHIROPRACTIC WITHOUT HAVING BEEN
ISSUED AN ANNUAL RENEWAL CERTIFICATE AS REQUIRED BY THIS
TITLE;

(2)  FRAUDULENTLY OR DECEPTIVELY OBTAINS OR
ATTEMPTS TO OBTAIN A LICENSE FOR THE APPLICANT OR LICENSEE
OR FOR ANOTHER;

(3) FRAUDULENTLY OR DECEPTIVELY USES A LICENSE;
