SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

Article 9 - Charles County

26.

(a) [The County Commissioners of Charles County shall
receive an annual compensation of $10,000 each for their
services as Commissioners.] The Commissioners shall be in
their offices for the transaction of business on Tuesday and
Wednesday of each week, excluding legal holidays.
