AN ACT concerning

State Board of Dental Examiners - Disciplinary Proceedings

FOR the purpose of altering the procedures for filing a
complaint with the State Board of Dental Examiners.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Health Occupations
Section 4-315(b)(4)
Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B. 1) of the Acts

of the General Assembly of 1981)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B. 1) of the Acts of the

General Assembly of 1981) be repealed, amended, or enacted
to read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

4-315.

(b) If a person who is not a member of the board files
a complaint, the complaint shall:

(4) Be filed [in duplicate] with the secretary
of the board.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

Anne Arundel County - State's Attorney's Office

FOR the purpose of altering the method of determining the
salary of the assistant State's attorneys and the
deputy State's attorneys of Anne Arundel County;
providing that the number of assistant State's
attorneys for Anne Arundel County shall be as
determined by the County; providing that the State's
Attorney, with the approval of the administrative judge
