SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

523.

(A) The Board shall promulgate from time to time a
reasonable schedule of fees and charges for its services.
Such fees and charges may be less than, but shall not
exceed, the amounts indicated for the services listed below:

[1. Original examination — $75.00

2. Retake examination — $75.00]

[3.] 1. Issuance of registration — $60.00

[4.] 2. Annual renewal of license — $35.00

[5.] 3. Additional late charge for renewal of
licenses issued more than thirty days after due date for
renewal has expired — $50.00
