   Or either of You to Admr the Oathes Appointed by Act of prliament
   to be taken instead of the Oathes of Alegiance & Supremacy as allso
   The Oath of Justice to The said William ffrisby & Elias King & The rest
   within named & You The said Will: ffrisby Elias King And The rest
   haveing taken The Oathes Are to Admr The same to The said Phillip
   Hopkins Sollo Wright, Jno. Wells, Jno. Chaires James Smith & Michll

           his reasons to the Contrary and if Demanded would give further Satis
           :faction~    And Mr. James Smith who produced An Excuse
           from his Excy. the Govr. from taking the Oaths And was ~
           thereupon Released therefrom
