      upon the Case for nine hundred and Six pounds of


      tobacco as by the decln filed in this Court by Richd.
        Macklin his Attry with the Account Annexed May At Large
        Appear       And the decln in this Accon having been served wth.
        the writt in order for tryall this Court according to Act of
        Assembly. the Plaintf. prays Judgt. for yt. the Said Isaac Caulk
        hath not filed his plea According to the rules of this Cort
        Which being by them Justices here this Seventh day of Aprill
        Anno Dom 1702 Enquired of and found to be True It is by
        them Considered that the Said Isaac Davis recover against
        the Said Isaac Caulk As well the Sume of nine hundred &
        Six pounds of Tobacco the debt afd As the Sume of three
        hundred and ninety Seven pounds of Tobacco Costs of Suit
        And the Defendant in Mercy &ca —————

      Leaf tobacco and Casq as by the bill and decln filed in this Court by
      Richard Macklin Attry of the Said Isaac Davis at large May Appr:
           And A Copy of the decln. having been Served with the writt accord
      to Act of Assembly in order for Tryall This Court The Plaintf. by his Attry
      Afd Prays Judgt. for yt. the Said Wm. hath not filed ^his plea according
      to the rules of this Court. Which being by the Court enquired off and found
      to be true. It is by them Considered this Seventh day of Aprill afd that
      the Said Isaac Davis recover against the Said Wm. Ford As well the
      Sume of Six hundred and twelve pounds of Tobacco the debt afd As
      Also the Sume of two hundred and five ——— ——— pounds of
      tobacco Costs of Suit and the defendt. in Mercy &ca.
