           As by the declaration filed in this Court May At Large Appeare
                And the Said Writ having been filed with a Copy of the
           Declaration Annext in order for Tryall According to Act
           of Assembly in Such Case provided, The Deft. in his proper
           prson Comes into Court & Says that he Cannot gainsay the plf
           his Accon So as afd against him brought nor but that
           he is and Stands Justly indebted unto the Said James in the
           Sume and is therefore willing yt. Judgt. be entered against him
           for the Same //
                Which being by the Justices heard it Is by them
           Considered that the Said James Wroth (this Seventh day
           of Aprill Anno Domi 1702) recover against the Said —
