      att next , and ye Sd Chars Here in Court acknowledges himselfe to be holden
      and firmlÿ bound unto her Sacred Majestie Queen Anne of England &ca in
      the Just and full Sume of tenn pounds Sterg.
      Likewise Comes into Court William Sigleÿ and Peter Green who —
      acknowledges to be Indebted as abovesd in ye Sume of five pounds Sterg
      Each Their Said Severall Sumes to be Leavÿed respectivelÿ of their
      and Everÿ of their Good and Chattells Lands and tenamts for ye use
      of her Sd majestie heires and Successors. If ye above bounden
      Chars Hollinsworth Doe not make his prsonall appearce att ye
      next Court to be hold for This Countÿ of Kent and there to ans=
