      anno Dñi 1705 and Divers times as well before as Since hath and Doth Cohabitt & live
      Incontinentlÿ w^th Margret Smith widdow and relict of James Smith late of this
      Countÿ Deceased |alltho^h Legallÿ admonished to y^e Contrarÿ as y^e Law Directs in Such
      Cases to y^e Great Scandall of Christian Religion and Contrarÿ to a Certaine
      act of assemblÿ in y^t Case made and p^rvided

      Which S^d bill of Indictm^t was Endorsed w^th These ~~viz~~ words viz^t

                                         Billa vera William Worrell foreman ——
      And y^e S^d Charles being bound bÿ recog^e to appear att this Court ~~and~~ now
      appears and being asked, what he Saÿs to y^e p^rmisses , He Sayeth y^t he Sub=
   = mitts to y^e Court , Whereupon The Court orders y^e S^d Char^s (here this 28^th Daÿ
      of aug^t anno Dñi 1705 )to paÿ his fine according to Law fo^r Comitting —
      Adulterÿ and to paÿ all fees accrewing bÿ reason of these p^rmisses,
        And the S^d Char^s is allsoe ord^rs. to find Securÿtie fo^r his p^rsonall app^rce
      att next , and y^e S^d Char^s Here in Court acknowledges himselfe to be holden
      and firmlÿ bound unto her Sacred Majestie Queen Anne of England &c^a in
      the Just and full Sum^e of tenn pounds Ster^g.
      Likewise Comes into Court William Sigleÿ and Peter Green who —
      acknowledges to be Indebted as aboves^d in y^e Sum^e of five pounds Ster^g
      Each Their Said Severall Sum^es to be Leavÿed respectivelÿ of their
      and Everÿ of their Good and Chattells Lands and tenam^ts fo^r y^e use
      of her S^d majestie heires and Successo^rs. If y^e above bounden
      Char^s Hollinsworth Doe not make his p^rsonall appearce att y^e
      next Court to be hold fo^r This Countÿ of Kent and there to ans=
   = w^r, &c^a and in y^e mean time be of good behaviour and ——
